WaterGrinder is an effective upper body exerciser based on the large cable winches of powerful sailboats.
All WaterGrinder Upper Body Trainers are handcrafted in the NOHrD factory. Each unit is made of high-quality solid wood and tested for all Shis resistance levels.
Similar to the WaterRower, the WaterGrinder is based on a water tank. The ergonomically shaped paddle creates even water resistance and maximizes water attraction. The crank is operated with both hands using pure muscle power. The result is huge.
Note: The WaterGrinder requires a power connection for the training monitor.
