The new generation balance disc is a perfect combination of a classic balance disc and a water tank for new challenges.
The stable plastic body with a diameter of 64 cm is filled with approximately 6.5 liters of water. The result: direction changes with each movement, no typical pattern is recognized, and the body must respond immediately to these apparently random stimuli. With the Eau-Me balance disc, you develop your balance, and the deep muscles are especially activated with balancing movements.
